Brilliant all-year-round unit
Bought this during the heatwave and it cooled our large open-plan living room in about 20 minutes. The WiFi app is genuinely useful — I switch it on from work so the house is cool when I get home. Can't wait to use the heating mode in winter.
Powerful and surprisingly quiet
We have a 55m² loft conversion that gets unbearably hot in summer. This handles it with ease. On the lowest fan speed you barely hear it at night. Window kit was easy to fit too.
Great cooling, bit heavy
Cooling performance is excellent and the dehumidifier mode sorted our damp conservatory in a couple of days. Only downside is it's a heavy unit — the wheels help but getting it upstairs was a two-person job.
The heater mode is a game changer
Most portable ACs only cool — this one heats as well, so it doesn't sit in the garage half the year. Remote and app both work perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.
Does exactly what it says
Cools our 600 sq ft studio without breaking a sweat. Energy usage is reasonable for the power it puts out. Instructions could be clearer on the drain hose setup, but once running it's faultless.
Best purchase this summer
Arrived well packaged and quicker than expected. The dehumidifier pulls an incredible amount of water out of the air — laundry dries indoors in half the time now. Highly recommend.
